Congratulations to Lisa Casey, Megan McCormack and Aisling O’Gara who are part of the Sligo Ladies squad which won the Connaught Intermediate Ladies Final.

Our U16 boys are through to the semi-final of the league after beating Ballymote/Bunninadden last week in the quarter final on a score line of 4:21 to 0:07. They now face Curry which is on Monday July 11^th at 7pm in Curry. Our U14 boys lost their league semi-final to Calry/St. Joseph’s. 

Bingo continues as usual in Gurteen Hall at 8.30pm. The jackpot on Friday is €1,500 in 45 calls or less. The in-house lotto 1 is €1,000 and lotto 2 is €500.

We would like to send our sympathies to Nicholas Ryan, Gurteen on the death of his brother Canon Michael Ryan and to the family and friend of Ita Meehan who passed away recently.
