Our Senior men start their championship on Sunday where they take on St. Marys in Markievicz Park at 6pm.

Our ladies lost their final championship game to St. Nathys last Sunday and didn’t progress to the next stage. We would like to thank the management team of Gabriel Gallagher and Morgan McCormack for all their dedication and commitment throughout the year.

Our U16 boys drew with Geevagh / St. Michaels in a very entertaining game in the 1st round of their championship on a score line of 4:11 a piece. They play Curry in the next round on August 21st at 7pm in Keash.

Commiseration to the Sligo Minors who lost out to Derry last Saturday in the All Ireland quarter final. Our minors start their championship on Thursday where they are away to Tubbercurry/Cloonacool with throw in at 7pm.

Our U14 boys are away to Geevagh on the same day with a throw in of 7pm.

Our U16 girls beat Eoghan Rua last Wednesday in the first round of their championship.

Our Minor girls play Eoghan Rua on Wednesday in a rearranged championship game.

Our Buy a block fundraiser is proving very successful and there will be another 4 monthly draws before the final draw in November which has over 4k in prize money. Tickets can be purchased from any executive member and also on line by visiting www.easternharps.com.

Bingo continues every Friday night in Gurteen Hall at 8.30pm. The jackpot is €1,800 in 46 calls or less. The in house lotto is €600.
