The club is delighted to announce that we have successfully received funding from the government's Community Sports capital grants allocation. In total our club has secured funding of €174,000 towards pitch and facilities upgrades which was announced yesterday by Thomas Byrne TD under his department’s Community Sports Facilities fund. This is fantastic news for our club. I want to pay tribute to our Club Executive, and particularly our Development Ctte. chaired by Sean Scott and his development team of Ronan Higgins, Keith Carty and Cllr Paul Taylor for the huge effort put into securing this funding.

This will enable the club to continue developing our facilities, which will include a walkway & further pitch upgrades. In addition to this, we will very shortly commence work on our new stand. We are also actively working on plans for the development of the recently purchased land adjacent to the Clubhouse. The club are very proud of everything we have achieved so far, and we look forward to further development of our facilities which will benefit all of our community.
